"Beijing, the Olympic city through lens" photograph exhibition appealed
to visitors on Dec. 7. Prize awarding of the photography contest and
photograph exhibition opened in Beijing on Dec. 6, attracting 3,000-odd
photography fans from Sweden, the US, Australia, France, Hong Kong and
other countries and regions to participate with nearly 10,000 pieces of
their artworks. The photos demonstrated to the world a fantastic and
modern Beijing welcoming the 2008 Olympics.
