Exquisite ice sculptures in Urumqi

An ice sculptor from Northeast China was mopping up for his ice sculpture
at Hongshan Park in Urumqi on Dec. 28. In order to show the atmosphere of
the soon-to-open 2005 Silk Road Snow and Ice Festival, Urumqi City set up
100-odd ice sculptures of various styles in different places for tourists
and citizens to appreciate during the festival.
