When "Shenzhou Seven" is launched, Chinese astronauts will then be able
to walk in space and the space shuttles will conjoin.

Chinanews, April. 4 - China's top person in charge of astronaut training,
director Chen Shanguang from the China Astronauts Science and Research
Training Center said that Chinese astronauts are practicing space walk in
anticipation of the launch of the Shenzhou Seven.
He revealed the information while attending a "Shenzhou Six" exhibition
held in Shanghai.
The "Shenzhou Seven" is scheduled to be launched in 2008, by then
astronauts will be able to walk out of the cabin and practice a series of
activities in space including walking, manipulating a screwdriver or
other tools, installing equipment, etc. These activities are
preliminaries for the future foundation of a space station, Shanghai
local news media quoted experts as saying.
The orbital cabin for "Shenzhou Seven" will bear a different design from
"Shenzhou Six", as the "Shenzhou Seven" orbital cabin will have room for
astronauts to release all air pressure before they can walk out of the
cabin to do the space walking.
Design of the astronaut clothes for the "Shenzhou Seven" will also be
different. The clothes the astronaut wears should supply him with enough
air and liquid electricity so that he can live, work and communicate in
space properly. In other words, the astronaut and the clothes he wears
will be like a small satellite roving in space.
